End-user workshop

ACF will organise its first end-user workshop on 24 September 2013 in Amsterdam. Intended audience are airport decision makers and others concerned with planning the operation of the airport for up to a few days in future. The workshop will allow the participants to discuss issues related to airport planning and determination of airport capacity and will provide the possibility to bring in specific elements and cases that will be further taken up by the projects.

Preliminary agenda:
- defining the scope of the project (what is capacity forecast and its relation to CDM, DCB, TAM, ...)
- presentation of the OSED as prepared by the project
- discuss airport elements from airside and landside that will benefit from the project
- brainstorm on use cases / operational scenario’s
- presentation of the information to the operational staff (through a dashboard-HMI)
